Allrounder Luke Jongwe makes his debut for Zimbabwe in the second Test

Toss Pakistan opt to bowl vs Zimbabwe

Pakistan have won the toss and elected to bat in the second Test against Zimbabwe in Harare. The visitors will look to make amends for the last time they played a series in Zimbabwe, when victory in the first Test was followed by an upset in the second. To that end, Pakistan have made one change, with 36-year-old fast bowler Tabish Khan getting a debut. Faheem Ashraf is the man to sit out.

Zimbabwe have handed a debut of their own to allrounder Luke Jongwe, who impressed in the T20I series between the two sides. With injury ruling Prince Masvaure out of the contest, a reshuffle of the batting order, with Regis Chakabva going up the order, is likely.

The surface looks fairly similar to the one Pakistan wrapped up the first Test inside three days on, with the onus on Zimbabwe to turn in a better performance if they are to have a chance of staving off a series defeat.

Zimbabwe XI: 1 Kevin Kasuza, 2 Tarisai Musakanda, 3 Regis Chakabva (wk), 4 Brendan Taylor (capt.), 5 Milton Shumba, 6 Roy Kaia, 7 Tendai Chisoro, 8 Luke Jongwe, 9 Donald Tiripano, 10 Blessing Muzarabani, 11 Richard Ngarava.

Pakistan XI: 1 Imran Butt, 2 Abid Ali, 3 Azhar Ali, 4 Babar Azam (capt.), 5 Fawad Alam, 6 Mohammad Rizwan (wk), 7 Hasan Ali, 8 Nauman Ali, 9 Sajid Khan, 10 Shaheen Shah Afridi, 11 Tabish Khan.
