South Africa’s women’s team to get equal match fees as the men

Cricket South Africa (CSA) has announced equal international-match fees for their men’s and women’s players in a massive boost to female cricketers in the country. The landmark announcement came on the same day when CSA unveiled a six-team professional domestic system for women, as part of the legacy projects following the 2023 Women’sT20 World Cup, which South Africa hosted and went on to finish runners-up at.
