Toss Ireland chose to bat vs Bangladesh

Ireland captain Andrew Balbirnie decided to bat first against Bangladesh in the third ODI in Sylhet. It was his third toss win in a row, though this time he decided not to bowl first. His opposite number Tamim Iqbal said that he was happy bowling first too, given how the ball moved around in the first ten overs in the second game on Monday.

Bangladesh have made one change, bringing in Mehidy Hasan Miraz to replace Yasir Ali. Their XI features three spinners and three fast bowlers. Mehidy had missed the first two games of the series due to a facial injury during a football match in training before the first game.

Ireland are unchanged as they look to make it 1-1 in the ODI series.

The second ODI was abandoned due to rain, after the hosts posted their highest-ever total in ODIs, while Mushfiqur Rahim struck the fastest century by a Bangladeshi.

Bangladesh: 1 Tamim Iqbal (capt), 2 Litton Das, 3 Najmul Hossain Shanto, 4 Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), 5 Shakib Al Hasan, 6 Towhid Hridoy, 7 Mehidy Hasan Miraz, 8 Taskin Ahmed, 9, Ebadot Hossain, 10 Nasum Ahmed, 11 Hasan Mahmud

Ireland: 1 Paul Stirling, 2 Stephen Doheny, 3 Andy Balbirnie (capt), 4 Harry Tector, 5 Lorcan Tucker (wk), 6 Matthew Humphreys, 7 George Dockrell, 8 Curtis Campher, 9 Andy McBrine, 10 Mark Adair, 11 Graham Hume
