Toss South Africa chose to bat vs West Indies

South Africa won the toss in the second T20I and opted to bat first in the women’s T20I Tri-series at Buffalo Park on Saturday.

South Africa are unchanged from the opening game against India where they suffered 27-run defeat. Their middle order batting will be in focus in their second outing of the series.
Allrounder Taylor is still working herself back to full fitness after recovering from the injury she suffered while batting in the ODI series against New Zealand in September last year.
West Indies’ last T20I triumph came back in September 2022 and they are coming off a 5-0 loss to England at home.
