Toss: Zimbabwe chose to bat vs Ireland

Zimbabwe won their fourth toss in a row and elected to bat first against Ireland. Tinashe Kamunhukamwe came in for Tadiwanashe Marumani in what was the only change for the visitors from the previous match.

Ireland, meanwhile, made three tweaks to the side that won the fourth T20I by 64 runs, opting to play Harry Tector, Andy McBrine and Josh Little in place of George Dockrell, Simi Singh and Barry McCarthy.

The hosts have already clinched the series after three wins on the trot following a close defeat in the first T20I in Dublin.
